Welcome to Bluehost Technical Support Center. Thank you for providing the photo ID. Unfortunately, we work only with English. Please submit a photo ID using English language.

Before we can make any account changes, please validate your account by providing one of the following:

1) The current password on your account
2) The last four digits of the credit card on file.
3) The date and invoice number or your PayPal charge

上面的大概意思是：需要提供一个英语的身份证文件以及 1.空间密码 2.信用卡后四位 3.paypal支付的时间和交易单号.

看到上面的信息后，笔者的朋友犯错了，中国的身份证没有英文版的啊，而且他也没有护照，于是他有回信，内容如下：

Hi,
Thanks for your last email.
There is not any version of China ID card in english. I don’t have a passport. So that is what I provide.

然后，BlueHost主机的客服有回信如下，说提供个驾照也是可以的，内容如下：

Dear Customer,
As long as its a valid drivers license we can enable SSH access.

笔者的朋友有驾照，OK就传了过去，在这里笔者的朋友犯了一个小错误，中国的驾照难到就有英文版的，呵呵，我想应该不会吧，既然中文的驾照可以用，那么，我们的身份证也肯定是可以用的，所以，传过去就可以了。
